Cookie Policy
Last updated: 10/18/2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (local storage, cache) Cocktail BarFlow uses, in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR and the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and the Progressive Web App cache. In this policy we call them all "cookies".
2. Technical cookies (no consent needed)
They are needed to provide the service you ask for and are always on: • barflow_token – keeps you logged in (until logout or session expiry) • barflow_workspace – remembers the selected venue • i18nextLng – chosen language • barflow_inv_view, barflow_last_sync – interface preferences and sync • barflow_consent – stores your cookie choice (6 months) • Service worker cache – enables offline use and faster loading • Stripe – during checkout Stripe may set technical cookies on its own domain for security and fraud prevention.
3. Analytics cookies (consent only)
They are enabled only if you press "Accept all" or switch them on in "Customize": • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) – _ga and _ga_* cookies, up to 2 years, with IP anonymisation and Consent Mode. • PostHog (PostHog Inc.) – ph_* cookies and local data, up to 1 year. Measures feature usage and may record anonymised interface interactions to fix bugs. These providers may process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Profiling and advertising cookies
We do not use profiling or advertising cookies. Amazon product links in the Shop are plain affiliate links: Cocktail BarFlow does not set Amazon cookies. If you open a link, Amazon applies its own cookie policy on its site.
5. Managing your consent
On your first visit we show a banner with "Accept all", "Reject" and "Customize" buttons of equal prominence. Closing the banner without choosing does not enable any analytics cookie. You can change your mind at any time via "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the login page, in Settings or with the button below: if you withdraw consent, analytics cookies are deleted. We ask again after 6 months or after significant changes. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, but some features may stop working.
6. Controller and contact
The data controller is Vincenzo Caggiano – info@cocktailbarflow.com. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
