Can I scan products with my phone camera?
Yes. The scanner recognises EAN-13, UPC-A and EAN-8 barcodes and fills product data automatically from Open Food Facts and from a community catalog of beverages, so adding a new bottle to the inventory takes a couple of seconds.
How do the digital menu and drink costing work?
Publish your cocktail list as a QR digital menu that guests open on their phone, in the language they prefer, and print the QR poster for the counter. For every recipe BarFlow computes the cost per serving from purchase prices, the pour cost percentage and the alcohol content, so you can price each drink with real margins instead of guesswork.
